All consultations are conducted online via Zoom and so there is no need for travelling across the city, everything can be done from the comfort of your own home.
I offer different options in terms of the number of consultations and level of support you can receive which are detailed below. Before any consultation or package starts, everyone gets a FREE 20 minute call to discuss your goals and support in more detail and find the best option for you.
You will also then be sent a comprehensive questionnaire which includes a short diet and lifestyle diary to help me look for the underlying causes and also create the best bespoke plan just for you.
Initial Consultations last 75 minutes and allow us to have a detailed conversation regarding your symptoms, goals, food choices and discuss your plan in detail.
Follow Up Consultations last 45 minutes and are often around 4 weeks after your initial consultation or previous follow up and allow us a chance to see how you’ve been getting on, review any test results and make the right changes to keep you progressing on your journey to better health.
With this approach you can just book the individual appointments you require.
Initial Consultations are £150 for 75 minutes
Follow Up Consultations are £90 for 45 minutes
Follow Up consultations often happen around 4 weeks after the initial. There is no limit to how many follow ups you can have and the amount needed will depend on your individual circumstances.
This is the most popular package and allows you to know you get a greater level of support than you would with the pay as you go route.
You will get the following appointments as part of your package:
1 x initial consultation
2 x 45 minute follow ups
Along with the consultations you will also receive any free handouts and resources that are appropriate, 10% discount on supplements and email support throughout.
The most comprehensive of all the packages which gives you more sessions which can mean you can have them more often or over a longer period of time. This package is great for those that need a bit more accountability to help stay motivated. With this package you get:
1 x initial consultation
2 x 45 minute follow ups
3 x 30 minute follow ups
You also get all the resources discount and support.
